What do you really want to do, pivot away from or start over with?  If there is something, I would encourage you to “purpose your passion”.   We can let fear or perfection get in our way of something that we are truly passionate about.

In life, by pursuing our passion, we align our work with purpose, increase motivation, foster our personal growth and ultimately enhance our overall fulfillment and success.  When we strive for excellence, we are often surprised that success follows!

When you follow your passion – that could mean a new venture, career change, or just dedicating ourselves to something meaningful to us – you will have intrinsic motivation.  Intrinsic motivation is the internal drive to engage in activities that are inherently satisfying.  This type of motivation is shown to improve engagement, creativity and persistence.

There is known to be a connection between passion and satisfaction in life.  By engaging in work that reflects your passion, you will find that you have a higher level of happiness, reduced stress and a strong sense of purpose.

You may need to consider a pivot to truly pursue your passion.  By pivoting you will better align with your interests or an opportunity!  Your efforts should match your sense of purpose and embracing change will result in both personal satisfaction and sustainable success.

Step 4 is to pursue your true passion!
