For my final post about my brand, I want to talk about how I want my brand to be remembered.  My target audience are young(er) people in their career and mostly women, but I can assure you that many men also read and comment on my writings.   I want my brand and conversation to empower them, understand their aspirations and to support their growth.

I also feel that my brand is both conversational and authoritative, which may not sound like a match in tones, but is honestly a perfect match.  My brand will inspire trust but still make me approachable.   I have said frequently that nothing is better than when people come up to me and tell me they read and enjoy my writings…that is the reason I share my thoughts!

Another thing that we should consider when we talk about how our brand will be remembered is that what we share should address the challenges and aspirations faced by our audience.  The community that reads my work hopefully will share with me and with each other their experiences and ideas to help us all grow our careers and our brand!

What if you brought everything you are and what you believe to others?  I think they will remember you….
