Last week we talked about the personality of my brand but now we need to talk about the values that your brand has.  Think about three values of your brand that you will always stand by…no matter what!

When I think of my brand, the three values that I always use are: honest, innovative and compassionate.  Honesty signals integrity and transparency in my communication.  Innovative conveys a vision and fresh thinking for my ideas.  Compassionate highlights the genuine care I have for my audience and the world around me and how I address those needs.

What words do you think of when you think of the value of your brand.  Here are some examples that you may want to consider: accountability, collaborative, integrity, passion, diversity, quality, or leadership.

When I add all the words together relating to my brand, it creates a trustworthy, forward-thinking and empathetic identity.   I truly hope that comes through in the thoughts I share in my posts and when I speak to groups.  Stay true to your brand value in your communication!
